The Education Development Centre (EDC) is, located in the suburb of Hindmarsh approximately 3kms north-west from the Adelaide CBD in Milner Street on the corner of Port Road.
Transport
Bus – Bus Number’s 150, 155 or 157 depart from North Terrace in the City every 15 min – exit Stop 7
Taxi – from Adelaide International Airport, 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions
Train – Grange or Outer Harbour train – exit at Bowden Station (approx 10 minute walk)
Tram – is free from/to the city. To EDC - exit at the last stop - Entertainment Centre. Head west to EDC (approx 10 minute walk)
Disabled Parking – There is 1 park out the front of the building and a further 4, adjacent to the public access gate.
Parking – The EDC Car Park is free and open Monday to Friday, located at 58 Orsmond Street which runs off Milner Street and has parking for up to 160 vehicles. The boom gate at the entrance is not operational. Additional parking is available at the Entertainment Centre Park ‘n’ Ride at the eastern end of Orsmond Street (5 minute walk) for $5.00 from 6am-6.30pm (most days). Enter off Mary Street from Port Road.
Phone – A public phone is located just outside on Milner Street.
Taxi – A complementary Taxi phone is located inside the main entrance. Taxis take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to the Airport or 10 minutes to the CBD depending on traffic.
